Tariffs per Decision 1279/QD-BCT (from 10 May 2025) plus 8% VAT. Cash flow assumes 3%/year tariff escalation, 0.5%/year panel degradation and 1%/year O&M cost for EPC. Prices are indicative; a formal quotation follows the site survey.
